Horn Publishing – originally Horn Forlag AS – was established in 1994, initially to market Norway and its commercial enterprises internationally by producing a series of promotional publications covering key industrial sectors.

Our approach has proven so successful that we have now expanded our service to cover Sweden, Denmark and the UK, as well as Norway.

Based in Oslo, we currently publish and regularly update a series of hardback and electronic books on industries ranging from oil & offshore to fish-farming, shipping, life sciences, environmental technology, seafood, defence  & security, and tourism.

We are specialists in branding and public relations whose client base is drawn from a variety of national industrial sectors. Our publications identify, characterize and assess the strengths of key industries, country by country.

We attend all the major international industry exhibitions and trade fairs, where we hand out thousands of our beautifully produced hardback books for free – a most effective way of targeting the important people that our profiled companies want us to reach.

These books are also distributed free of charge to chambers of commerce, embassies, industry organizations, government, and more... and are of course always accessible in electronic form at this website, together with links to all our clients.

About our publications
Each publication is typically divided into two sections: editorial, covering the history, recent developments and technology of the sector, and commercial, presenting many of the companies that made it all possible.

Our aim is to generate direct inquiries to our profiled companies while enhancing their brand image. Horn Publishing values its close relationship with the business community and collaborates extensively with business and professional organizations, and large international companies.
